Educational Qualification

A 4-year B.Tech / B.E. / M.Sc. / MCA / Equivalent degree in any STEM discipline. Minimum 60% or 6.0 CGPA is required. Professionals with 10+ years of experience may be considered with 55% or 5.5 CGPA.

Minimum 2 years of professional experience in engineering, technology, analytics, IT, or related domains. (Experienced professionals transitioning into AI/ML, Data, Cloud, or Automation roles are strongly suited.)

If requested a withdrawal:  
A. If a student submits a withdrawal or refund request within 30 days of the batch start date, an amount of ₹1,49,500 (equivalent to the first semester fee) will be deducted and the remaining balance from ₹2,99,000 will be refunded.  
B. If a student submits a withdrawal request after 30 days from the batch start date, the entire amount of ₹2,99,000 + ₹18,000 (equivalent to the first-year fee) will be deducted.

Additional Charge: Boarding and lodging expenses during the immersion shall be borne by the students as per actuals.

Is participation in campus immersion mandatory?

Candidates are required to visit the IIT Jammu campus as part of the program. Four slots will be available
throughout the course duration (two slots each year). Each student must visit the campus once in the
first year and once in the second year, choosing from the two available slots each year.

What is the Fees of the Program?

The program fee is ₹4,49,000, to be paid year-wise only. There is no single-payment option.



Payment will be collected in 2 parts:

₹2,99,000 at the beginning of Year 1
₹1,50,000 at the beginning of Year 2

Note: Fee to be paid directly to IIT Jammu; no option for full payment at once

Application Fees ₹10,000 (at the time of registration)

Additional fees (payable separately and not included in the above amounts):

1. Examination Fee: ₹500 per credit, collected directly by IIT Jammu. Since this is a 60-credit program,
the total examination fee across the full duration is ₹30,000.
2. Immersion Fee: ₹5,000 (Tentative) per campus immersion, payable to IIT Jammu.
3. Travel & stay for immersion: Actuals, to be borne by the student.

Is there an additional cost associated with campus immersion?

Yes, there is an additional fee of ₹5,000 for each immersion

Can I self-fund this program?

Yes. If you or your family are funding the program, you can choose to self-fund either partially or in full.
