The program is the PG Certificate Program in AI-Enabled Digital Marketing & MarTech, offered by the Continuing Education Centre (CEC), Indian Institute of Technology Roorkee, designed in collaboration with Futurense.
The program runs for 6 months. The next cohort is tentatively scheduled to begin in March 2026.
Eligibility Criteria:
1. Minimum 50% marks in graduation from a recognised university.
2. At least 1 year of relevant work experience is preferred.
3. Exceptional freshers may be considered if they clear the qualifying test.
4. Basic familiarity with marketing concepts or digital tools is recommended.

Yes. Shortlisted applicants must clear a Qualifying Test that assesses logical reasoning, quantitative aptitude, digital & AI awareness, and applied scenarios.

No. Prior coding experience is not required.
After clearing the test and confirming your seat, you’ll get complimentary access to a 2-week Bridge Course covering prompt engineering, Python basics, low-code workflows, and AI fundamentals, so you can start confidently, even from a non-technical background.

The program is delivered through 100% live online weekend classes, complemented by hands-on assignments and integrated practical learning to ensure strong real-world application of concepts.
The program integrates AI-native marketing workflows, generative AI, agentic AI, MarTech stack orchestration, CRM automation and hyper-personalisation, unlike typical courses that only introduce concepts. The curriculum prioritises application & execution alongside theory.
The on-campus immersion is optional; attendance is not mandatory.
Yes. The optional 2-day campus immersion is available at an additional fee of ₹10,000, over and above the program fee.
The program director is Prof. Kalpak Kulkarni, Assistant Professor of Marketing at IIT Roorkee, with research and teaching experience in digital strategy, social media analytics, and AI-enabled marketing.
The curriculum includes a capstone project where participants build and launch an AI-powered marketing campaign and work on live RFPs, CRM automation, AI journey mapping, SEO optimisation, chatbot building and performance dashboards.
The program covers the implementation of AI in several spheres of marketing:
1. Traditional AI — analytics, automation, predictive models.
2. Generative AI — using tools like ChatGPT, Jasper, Claude, and Gemini for content and campaign design.
3. Agentic AI — autonomous multi-agent systems for marketing workflows and decision-making.
The curriculum includes tools like ChatGPT, Claude, Jasper, Gemini, Midjourney, SEMrush, Clearscope, CRM/CDP platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, MoEngage), and automation stacks such as Zapier or Segment.
Key modules include AI-native marketing fundamentals, prompt engineering, CRM & CDP architecture, hyper-personalisation, SEO & performance optimisation, marketing analytics & attribution, responsible AI, and the capstone campaign project.
Teaching multi-agent systems prepares participants to build autonomous, real-time, AI-driven marketing experiences and dynamic customer journeys essential for next-generation marketing orchestration.
Graduates can pursue roles like AI Marketing Specialist, MarTech Automation Lead, CRM Manager, AI-enabled Growth Strategist, SEO & Performance Analyst, and Campaign Orchestrator.
The program includes diagnostics and evaluations, industry talks, 1:1 mentorship (for top performers), resume workshops, mock interviews, portfolio building with live projects, and community meetups to position learners for job opportunities.
The program equips participants to design and manage AI-driven marketing systems, build automation workflows, and develop real-world AI portfolios aligned with evolving industry needs.
The fee is ₹1.4 lakhs + 18% GST. Loan EMI options are available through NBFC partners with flexible tenures (6, 9, 12 & 24 months). A portion of interest subvention may apply for eligible applicants.
