Application And Screening
Send your resume over to careers@futurense.com to initiate your application process. From there, we'll guide you through our comprehensive screening process, which includes a tech test, technical interview, and behavioural interview.
Payroll and Onboarding
Once you successfully pass our interviews, we'll match your previous salary and smoothly onboard you into one of our cohorts. You'll receive your deserved compensation throughout your training period, and after that, get ready for a significant increase of 40-80% in your paycheck.
Training, Food, & Stay
Once onboarded, you will begin a two-month training program with over 514 hours of tech training and 100+ hours of soft skills training led by industry experts. Plus, you'll enjoy exclusive access to our Learning Management System (LMS), providing all the necessary resources for your personal and professional growth.
During this training period, we've ensured your comfort with complimentary accommodation and meals, allowing you to focus solely on upskilling.
Deployment
Following the two-month training, you'll be deployed with one of our esteemed client partners, which include over a dozen Fortune 500 companies, multiple MNCs, well-funded unicorns, and high-growth start-ups. After deployment, you can expect a guaranteed 40-80% salary increase based on your performance.
Post-Deployment Assistance
You'll have 24x7 access to assistance through our Futurense portal, whether you're facing technical challenges or need support with non-technical matters. After completing nine months with us, you'll become eligible to enrol in a fully sponsored PG Certification program from a top IIT in your related field.
Conversion
After completing 14 months (2 months of training and 12 months of deployment) with Futurense, you'll have three options to choose from. You can opt to be converted as a full-time employee for the client partner, continue your journey by getting deployed with another client partner, or explore opportunities outside of Futurense where you could potentially land a job with an average 340% hike, based on the average growth across cohorts.

Do I have to pay for Upskilling?
No! When you pledge your loyalty to the Godfather of Talent, you do not have to pay for upskilling! At Futurense, you get to upskill at ZERO cost, all while drawing full salaries from us!
Will I be getting paid during my training period?
Yes! You will be paid as per your last CTC during the training period. Post training, once you get deployed, you will be offered a guaranteed hike of 40-80% based on your performance during the 2 months of training. During the training period you will also get free accommodation and food.
Which cohort will I join in?
As we have a new cohort every month, you will be allotted in the cohort based on your notice period or the date of joining.
How long will the training period be?
Once you join Futurense, you will undergo an extensive training for 2 months where you will be trained on emerging tools & technologies by industry experts in-person.
What will I learn during the training period?
During the training period, you will get to learn about relevant cutting-edge technologies of your domain. You will also get to work on real-time projects to get hands-on experience with emerging tools and technologies like Hadoop, Kafka, AWS, Azure, and more!
Where will my training take place?
Your training will take place at our stronghold in Koramangala, Bangalore - The Silicon Valley of India!
Where will I stay during the training period?
You will be given free accommodation and food during the training period of 2 months at one of our housing facilities in Bangalore. Post that, you will have to look for your own arrangements.
How will I be assessed during the training period?
You will be assessed on a weekly as well as monthly basis. You will be given various tasks and tests for the evaluation of your performance during the training period.
How will my hike be decided and when?
Your hike will be decided once you complete the training period. You will be getting a guaranteed hike of 40-80% based on your performance during the training period through our transparent evaluation process.
What if I am not deployed?
If you are not deployed, Futurense will assess your performance in your interviews and will make you undergo necessary training programs for your holistic career development.
