This role will work closely with Futurense Uni, which partners with prestigious IITs to equip students and working professionals across India with practical, industry-focused skills.
The mission is to ensure that graduates and professionals are job-ready in AI from day one, effectively bridging the gap between academic knowledge and real-world application.
The Role
You will research, draft, and support the learning material used by learners every week.
This role does not require years of professional experience. What matters more is having the curiosity to find the right information proactively and the discipline to verify information before sharing it.
You'll have the opportunity to learn about GenAI, LLMs, and agentic AI directly from people working with these technologies every day.
What You Will Do
Research & Digest
- Track new models, tools, frameworks, and releases across:
- Generative AI
- Agentic AI
- Identify the developments that are relevant to learners and the team.
- Turn research into short, clear, and verified summaries.
- Ensure information is properly sourced before sharing it.
Support Content Creation
Work under the guidance of the Content Specialist to help create:
- Pre-reads
- Exercises
- Quizzes
- Presentation slides
- Other learner-facing educational material
You'll develop your ability to explain technical concepts clearly by working directly on real learning content.
Make Things Visual
- Convert technical concepts into simple diagrams and flowcharts.
- Create visuals that help learners develop the correct mental models.
- Simplify complex ideas without losing their meaning.
Assist in Live Sessions
- Support learners during live sessions.
- Help resolve learner doubts.
- Provide hands-on support and guidance during technical builds.
- Keep content trackers and exercise workbooks updated.

Research Skills
- Strong research instincts.

- Discipline to verify information before sharing or publishing it.
Genuine Interest in AI
- Demonstrable curiosity and enthusiasm for AI.
- Regularly reads about, follows, experiments with, or builds with AI technologies independently.
- Willingness to continuously learn about GenAI and agentic AI.
Writing & Communication
- Ability to write clearly in simple English.
- Strong attention to accuracy.
- Comfortable admitting when you don't know something and researching it rather than guessing or bluffing.
Tools & Productivity
Comfortable using AI and productivity tools on a daily basis, including:
