What You'll Do
You'll play a key role in delivering high-quality learning experiences, mentoring students, and ensuring successful program outcomes.
Teaching & Lab Delivery
- Deliver scheduled training sessions as per the program calendar.
- Conduct hands-on lab sessions with clear learning objectives.
- Maintain high session quality while keeping learners engaged.
Capstone Project Mentoring
- Guide final-year students through their Capstone Projects.
- Help students define problems, choose technical approaches, and track project progress.
- Evaluate project submissions using the program's assessment rubric.
Assessment & Feedback
- Design and administer practical assignments and assessments.
- Evaluate student submissions and provide timely, constructive feedback.
- Maintain accurate assessment records and score reports.
Student Support
- Conduct regular doubt-clearing sessions.
- Identify students who may need additional support and proactively assist them.
- Escalate learner concerns to the On-Ground Manager with appropriate context and suggested actions.
Curriculum Preparation
- Prepare lab datasets, notebooks, exercises, and learning materials before each session.
- Keep course content updated with current industry tools, technologies, and best practices.
Reporting
- Submit weekly reports covering:
- Session completion
- Attendance
- Assessment data
- Ensure all reports are accurate and submitted on time to the On-Ground Manager.
